Shipping Policy
Everything we ship is filled at the source in Elkton, Virginia and packed to survive the journey in one piece.
Processing time
Orders are packed within 2–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation with tracking once a live fulfillment connection is active.
Packing for glass
Because our bottles and vessels are glass, every order is cushioned and boxed for transit. We pack each order as if it will be dropped — because sometimes it is.
Rates and delivery estimates
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. While checkout is in preview, no order is placed and no shipping charge is made.
Breakage promise
If anything arrives broken, email a photo of the item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it free of charge.
Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including PO boxes and apartment addresses when the carrier serving your area accepts them.
